High-performance silicon nitride ceramic products are manufactured using an advanced cold isostatic pressing-hot isostatic pressing (HIP) sintering process, achieving material properties that reach the internationally advanced level of similar products. Components combining metal and ceramic are produced according to special usage requirements.


Silicon nitride ceramic bearings have the following advantages:


1. Low density, lightweight, 59% lighter than steel balls, reducing centrifugal force during bearing operation and thus reducing friction.
2. Low coefficient of thermal expansion, 1/4 that of steel, able to withstand temperature fluctuations.
3. Elastic modulus 40% higher than steel, less elastic deformation under stress, reducing machine vibration.
4. Low coefficient of friction, high temperature resistance, long service life.
5. Non-magnetic, electrically insulating, no adhesive wear.
Mainly used in: high-speed/ultra-high-speed bearings, high-precision bearings, high/low-temperature resistant bearings; it can also be used as valve balls and measuring balls in chemical pumps, high-temperature pumps, and metering pumps.

 

Applications:


01/Ultra-hard and wear-resistant
Characteristics: Ceramic ball bearings have advantages such as high maximum speed, good precision retention, low starting torque, high stiffness, good dry operation, and long life, making them very suitable for maintaining high precision and long-term operation under high-speed, high-temperature, corrosive, and radiation conditions.
Applications: Precision machinery industry under harsh working conditions such as high temperature, high vacuum, corrosion, and high speed.


02/High and low temperature resistance
Characteristics: Silicon nitride ceramics have excellent properties such as high-temperature resistance, high hardness, high toughness, impact resistance, oxidation resistance, and oil-free self-lubrication.
Applications: Commonly used in casting industry and other high-temperature harsh environments.


03/Corrosion resistance
Characteristics: Silicon nitride ceramics have the characteristics of high-temperature mechanical strength, resistance to aluminum liquid corrosion, low thermal expansion coefficient, and non-wetting with molten aluminum and other non-ferrous metals, making it an ideal material for aluminum casting risers and other metal castings.
Applications: Aluminum casting components and consumables.
04/Non-magnetic and electrically insulating
Characteristics: Silicon nitride ceramics have non-magnetic and electrically insulating properties and are used in products where the strength and sealing performance of gaskets are required.
Applications: Photovoltaic industry, precision electronics field, and aerospace field.


05 High thermal conductivity, low coefficient of thermal expansion
Characteristics: Silicon nitride ceramics have high flexural strength, high toughness, long service life, and high and low-temperature resistance.
Applications: Automotive, new energy industries.
